If You Could Dare Yourself To Do Something, What Would It Be?

If you could dare yourself to do something what would it be? Man, why do I keep choosing these hard questions? You know why, because they’re good. They get to the root. They get to the root of your being and existence. And now I’m just stalling. But really, what would you do if you could dare yourself to do something? I’m assuming it’s moral and it’s valuable, it’s good for everyone on the whole so I’m going to take that tack from it.

But I want to know, what would you do? And I really do want you to leave it in the comments below so we can share ideas with each other. What I would do is probably, as much as it’s a nice source of income, is to quit all of the consulting that I do and focus solely on the lower “trading life for time” revenues or streams of revenue.

In other words, quit the, “okay this is how many hours I worked for you. I physically showed up. I physically did something. Now, pay me for it. But if I’m sick don’t pay me because I didn’t do anything.” kind of stuff.

That is the trading life for money or time for money way of making money versus the creating assets like physical goods, ebooks, video courses, YouTube videos, whatever. Things that bring in money but you only have to do once and they continue on to provide value to you and to other people forever.

Leveraging a onetime event into infinity which after giving enough time and iteration you have a very large source of value coming in from many different directions. So if I could dare myself to do anything it would be to go elbows to the wall, full bore, focus totally on those things and quit the other trading time for money streams that I have. And the reasons, which please give your reason too, is so that I could have more time to be with my family.

To be able to do and travel and take back the time and mobility that I don’t really have a whole lot of right now because it’s tied to locales and do more of what we want. So, where do you stand? What would you dare yourself to do? It doesn’t have to be business or success related that’s just what’s on my mind right now because I just talked about seven or eight videos on similar topics. But what would you do? I want to know. The whole world wants to know. C’mon, share it. Okay, bye for now.
