How To Get Back To Sleep In The Middle Of The Night

How to get back to sleep in the middle of the night? I have not had this problem in such a long time, but I did before to where I [would] wake up, my head’s racing, I got thoughts going on all through the place and an hour and half later it’s time to get up… but I never went back to sleep crazy right? I hate it, it seemed like such a waste.

Well, ever since I started and figured out how to capture those crazy thoughts and put them down and deal with them and in a short manner right away I had no problem getting back to sleep. If I got a thought on my mind it almost seems that my brain is bugging me and is so important that I need to do it. If I ignore that bugging my, brain gets a little upset. Chances are it’s the same way with you too.

What you got to do is either use the audio function on your phone to record whatever is on your mind and, a promise that you will check it out in the morning or later. Or use pen and paper, whatever or a pad right next to your bed you will be good, that’s all you need to do.

Seriously! It will take some practice since you will not be able to read what you write for a while but that’s okay it does not matter it’s the act of promising and committing to looking into it further so you are addressing that nag and writing down what you are suppose to be looking at you free your mind up from that cycle… that processing power that would otherwise keep you up.

Take back your sleep, get back to sleep, and maybe capture a good ideal or two you never know.
