You probably have a very busy life. You probably have tons to do. You probably would rather have a little bit of extra time on the side to recharge. We all do. We start off the day with a set bucket of energy and for each task and idea that we do and have, a little bit of that energy is poured out towards that task. Depending on how much you’re doing and what you get done, that bucket can get empty pretty quickly. The Positive to Negative Ratio is an important concept to grasp!
When you more effectively use the power you’ve been given, for your own growth and for those around you, you’ll begin to see just how much easier it is to use that energy efficiently. One of the keys to using this energy efficiently is ultra-deep hypnosis for sleep and how you can apply it in your daily life. Let’s dive on in.
Secret #1: Stop Being Bombarded With Negativity
If you’re in a high-pressure environment, like at a hospital or a counseling position, then you’re probably bombarded with negativity all day long. That’s not to say that people are calling you names and making fun of you all day, but that the predominant content you’re exposed to is overall negative.
Whether that’s customer complaints, problems that people need help with or issues that need to be resolved, all of this negativity really can weigh you down at the end of the day. This is a perfect opportunity to use hypnosis to help take away some of that burden, and to help you recharge and go to sleep.
Secret #2: The “There Isn’t Enough Time” Myth
A lot of people think that they don’t have enough time to just randomly go to sleep and recharge their bucket of energy. Or, that they have a misconception about hypnosis being some crazy dude waving a pendulum in front of their face and that they can’t just do this off the cuff whenever they think they need a break.
However, as you’ll find out later in this article, it’s really easy to take a twenty-minute nap and set yourself up for a much fresher and energized day after as little as a four or five minute hypnosis induction that leads you to that short nap.
Secret #3: Look For A Recharge Here
Some days, it doesn’t even matter what the excuse is, or what’s going on in your life. You just want a recharge. Whether that you’ve learned so much and you just feel full of information and you want to get to sleep so the REM portion of your sleep can actually start writing some of those learnings to your long-term storage memory, it doesn’t matter the reason. What matters is you can, in a couple of minutes, dip into a hypnosis-induced sleep state that will recharge your energy and your effort. And it’s a beautiful thing.
Hypnosis is the Language of Your Subconscious Mind
If you’re constantly bombarded with negativity, you think there isn’t enough time or you’re just generally looking for a recharge at any given time, ultra deep hypnosis can be used for sleep and naps. As a matter of fact, I have a couple of videos that are available to help you either go to sleep or just a recharge in your life mastery process that I’d like you to check out.
