Skeptical About Life Coaching? Let’s See What Tips You’ve Missed

A good life coach can turn the clutter and chaos of a person’s life into success and structure. A good life coach will place a person on the path to maximize their potential. This type of coach can open many avenues that a person wasn’t aware of before.

The most important thing is the confidence it can instill. Just having the impression that an “expert” is helping can be a help in itself. Confidence is one of the most important things one can have. Confidence leads the discovery of ones abilities.

I asked readers, researchers, and curious folks like yourself what they felt was most important about this topic. What follows is a combination of some of the better answers in a long series of interview-format articles. The answers are raw, personal, and hopefully add some insight to your life.

Today’s Focus: Life Coach Training

R: Explain why this topic is important to people like you and me.

I: Getting someone else’s perspective about how you goals can be met would be beneficial. Life coaching can be learned and then taught to someone else. Life coaching when performed correctly the knowledge is recycled.

R: How could this subject help you or someone you know change your life for the better?

I: One can change his or her life for the better by setting goals and following through with them. With goals, this person can have something to aim for. When goals are set and met, one can feel better about life and have a better outlook on life.

R: Improving those around us is a key concept in life-optimization – how does this topic fit in?

I: Relationships of all genres are important. Learning how to handle your own life leaves room to communicate with others in a positive manner. Being a better person is very based on how we relate to others.

R: Describe the perfect person to be the poster-child for this topic.

I: Happy people seem to understand life coach training better, though they aren’t the ones who need it. Since they’re already happy they don’t need to wrap their minds around the teachings. They can understand it because of personal experience.

R: Think back to your past friends, coworkers, and family – is there anyone who could use help with this subject?

I: Any person who is efficient, qualified and ambitious is not good at using or understanding life coach training. This type of training is more suited for those who like to think and analyze rather than acting. In other words, people like myself would rather avoid life coach training.

R: How do you bring this topic into your life?

I: you should find someone that does is a life coach trainer and possibly get as much insight as you can. You can always stream the internet and find things on Google or YouTube. If you know someone that is in this field you can always ask if you can come to work with them for a day, just to feel out the job

R: When is a good time to bring this topic into your life?

I: When a person is sad. When a person is hopeless. When a person needs self-improvement.

R: Give me an example of a bad time to dive deeper into this subject, please.

I: I got a promotion and called a friend to tell her. She had been looking for a job for a while without success. I was so excited that I didn’t think about it. I could tell she was a little sad, so I apologized and offered to help her on her job search. She found a great job a couple of weeks later.

R: Where can regular people like you and me plan to bring this into our daily routine?

I: It’s best to do life coach training in a calm environment if you want a good outcome. This will allow you to concentrate. You’ll be able to memorize better if you’re not stressed so you can get the techniques and information down.

R: Where is a really bad place to start working on this topic?

I: If you are in life coach training and receive bad advice from the coach that would be considered a bad result. This could lead toward negative feelings toward yourself and/or the coach. With these negative feelings you are going in the exact opposite direction that you wanted to when you started training with the life coach in the first place.

R: Who do you think could use some help with this subject?

I: An organization that can benefit from life coaching training would be teachers. Teachers interact with students all day, and could use this training to empower their students. The students then could live better lives’, and have an idea about what life is all about.

R: Can you give us any hints or tips for working this topic into our lives?

I: Research the credentials. Look for references. Use word of mouth in the selection process.

R: How would you describe the most dangerous thing about this subject?

I: Beware of people claiming to be a life coach only to take your money. A true life coach will be willing to go to almost any lengths for you. Call them at 4:00am to talk as a test, if they are understanding and listen to everything you say with a kind and calm demeanor like they really care, then you have a real life coach.

R: This topic is broad and the readers will need some focus. Can you help guide them along with an example of what to do next?

I: A step to better life coaching training is to go to seminars. I have gone to seminars with life coaches, and they can teach you about what it takes to be a good life coach. Interacting with other life coaches can teach you more about this important topic and experiences.
