Trudging through the day can begin to wear on the nerves. Day in and day out, we do what we’ve come to understanding, are accustomed to, and probably doesn’t provide much of a challenge anymore. Is it because we’re just familiar and don’t have any challenges being thrown our way?
Of it it because we’ve attained a level of achievement to where our engagement is nonexistent? The brain is detached, our motivation is down in the dumps, and the utter lack of stimulation stops you from seeking anything having anything to do with the path forward. Many folks have this problem and many more.
Thousands of test takers were asked a little bit about themselves before diving into the strengths test. Part of this is to help center their minds around the reason they are taking the test, but also to get them to get into the deep-contemplation mode before diving into the questions. Here’s what they were asked:

It isn’t until we begin to understand what makes our daily life harder that we begin to understand what we need to change in our life, work, or relationships. By getting a better understanding of what make life more challenging, I can begin to help folks with the problems that matter most to them.

- There is too little direction and focus to accomplish anything.
- I am frightened of failure all of the time.
- Lack of substance in my tasks

- I feel lost with no direction to my life ahead. I have no idea what will I do after graduating, and I waste a lot of time procrastinating. I feel the education system has to be blamed for this. I find myself lost in the rat race. I can’t handle failures. I have less patience.

- Talking to management about certain situations, and how they could be resolved and they just blow them off like it’s nothing; which in return, we get no results to make the program as successful as it should be.

- I’m still in high school, though if find everything if do exciting there’s still some factors that if truly don’t like. from all my subjects if love civil technology, I think its the whole idea of inventing new structures that keeps me on my toes, seeing I’m way better the theory part instead of the practical.
