When is the right time to start a new goal? Let me flip that up a bit. When is the wrong time to start a new goal? Can’t figure it out? Good, because there’s not a wrong time. If you’ve got so much on your plate that you can’t see how you can fit another goal into it, alright, I see. But there’s a problem today, there’s not enough focus. People don’t have enough goals and they probably don’t even know where to start. Until you have that template, you have that focus, you have that purpose of doing something, you can’t get started on it. It’s impossible.
If you don’t know what you’re aiming for, you’re always going to miss, except by sheer dumb luck and quite frankly, that’s not a great way to plan things. Your goals, your plan, your future is well within your grasp. Stop waiting for the perfect time to come up with a new goal, and just make something up.
Make it real, make it important, make it relevant in your life, and then just start knocking out little pieces of it as you can. Little 15 minute chunks, that’s it. Pretty soon, that will equal days worth of awesome work and a complete goal. And guess what? Then you can do the next one. Get out there, go get her, and get stuff done.
