Here’s the super healthy bean stew thingamajigabober I was talking about. It’s [from the Time Ferriss] slow carb diet awesomeness and cheap. It’s like six cans of black beans, a whole bag of lentils, a ton of vegetables and greens, butter, onion. I’ll do the salt & pepper and garlic a little bit later. Mixed veggies, mushrooms, baby bok choy.

NOTE: butter is not stictly part of the slow carb diet, but come on… it’s butter! You can used clarified butter though – it’s called Ghee.
There we go. I’ll just let this simmer and call it chicken stock and water. Just let this do its thing for quite awhile. I’m going to get down in there even thought it’ll probably fog up the lens…
Look at that, yummy. Simmer this up for a couple of hours. Package it into little Chinese take-out soup container things (which are usually 16 [oz]), freeze it. Bada-bing! There’s lunch for two, three weeks. Probably three weeks on this one.
