How! How! To slow down, get some perspective, and reset your day. Life’s tough. Some days are tougher than others, and our buckets just get so full. What kind of buckets? Our frustration bucket, our motivation bucket (well I guess that one gets empty), and overall don’t give a hee haw bucket. And it’s those times where we just need to pour all those buckets out – the bad buckets. Fill up the good buckets, and just go at it again.

You probably have your own little routine, may you don’t realize it yet. But there’s a certain style and number of steps that you do to get stuff done. And once you realize that you can just bust it out whenever you need it to reset your day and to go on being good.. hey, hey, hey.
What I do, is at anytime I just feel the overload, or just complete lack of want to do anything, I dip back to some guided hypnosis meditation-type things I hear. I have some videos on my channel too. I know I’ve mentioned it a couple of times in other videos. But, I also have the audio on my phone, and you can download the audio in the description on those too. And, but I’m not going to link them because I’m too lazy– far too lazy.
Anyway, I’m talking too much about it. But, I have it on my phone, I have some that last for 5 minutes so I can do it whenever I have 5-minute chucks, or the full on 20-minute chunks, which is what I recommend for a power nap or sleep-cycle, or REM sleep dip-in, nap-type thing. But, I do that in addition to set like an egg-timer, or if I don’t have one, the timer on my phone to 20 minutes, pop it in, relax in a nice, calm spot – whether that’s my bed, my car, the floor, don’t really matter – and then just zone out.
Twenty minutes later, badda bing badda boom, you’re refreshed, motivation full, frustration empty, happy-go-lucky. Give it a shot. If you don’t have your own routine, you can borrow mine. I don’t need it back. Use it as long as you like. There you go. Have a good day. Bye Bye.
