How To Lose 100 Pounds Super Fast And Easy

Simple, super simple method, and pretty much no matter what you’ve tried out there, whether it’s eating right, working out 8 million times a week, sleeping upside down in your attic – it doesn’t matter. None of them work as well as this one. This surefire way to almost immediately lose 800 pounds super easy and keep it off forever.

Chop off your legs. Seriously because there’s no other way to do it to where it stays off. It’s easy and it’s pretty straightforward. Yes, I know, stupid joke, but the point is still there. No workout, no product or process that’s going to get you healthy, up to speed, the weight you like, the sexiness and the awesome body that you want, or just a plain good energy, good feeling self and existence that you want is not going to be attained easily.

I’m sorry. It’s going to require a regimen and depending on who you talk to, you can achieve probably about 75% to 80% of those results through diet alone. Sure, you need to come in and add that 25% of exercise a couple of times a week – it’s just a little bit of 20 minute sessions, 3 to 5 times a week that involves some cardio and some stretching.

And a good, not completely sugar and fat filled diet, in other words the opposite of that, which may mean getting rid of some habits that you really enjoy. Like cinnamon rolls, rocky road ice cream, super, super sugary, fancy coffee drinks. But guess what? It isn’t easy. It’s simple, real simple. It’s a very simple equation: good diet, a little bit of workout, dedication = the You that you want.

So no, please, don’t go chop off your legs, but do remember that the next time you’re wondering what it’s going to take to get where you need to go. Just check out the instagram super popular page and pretty much half of what shows up is some very dedicated exercise guru and millions and billions of, well, motivated people, and some horndogs unfortunately, that are following them and slowly soaking in the realization that if you want to look like that or at least be healthy like that, you have to put in the work.

I’ve seen a couple to where you’re like, “Wow, that’s pretty good work there. What do you have to do?” and it’s this crazy detailed regimen 2 or 3 times a day, which is ridiculous. I think that’s too much, but if that’s where you want to be, that’s what you have to do.

So get the easiness, the instant gratification, superfast seven minute body mindset gone and out of your mind. It’s not possible. It’s impossible. Do a little bit of work and you’ll be there. Dedication. 21 days is the minimum to aim for. Once you hit that, it’s easier to keep going. That third week is the hardest. Just keep on, you’ll get it.
