To experience personal change is to go through a physical, emotional, or mental change. This can be caused due to an event, slowly over time, or simply by someone deciding to make a change. While people can change, it needs to be either a conscious or subconscious decision by that person. One cannot change simply because someone else wants them to do so.

By recognizing those attributes that need improvement and then making the change, the possibilities are endless. Personal change will have profound, lasting effects on any issue one faces, provided the person maintains the “change” and that it is a change for the better.
