Achieving Goals
- Never stop dreaming or setting goals. You can do or be anything you want to be, you just have to work at it.
- I would say…… i Megan free and u should live life with no worries and don’t worry about what people think of u because in the end it don’t matter what they think and don’t change for anyone you are you and keep it that way! people only hating because they won’t what u have or wish they was like you!!! the more you think of things and worry the more that it will be there in our life!!! if people laugh at your goals in life then they are high enough ha-ha make your goal big and worth living for you only have one life so live it in many ways and love it and if you don’t learn to love it :p
- Have the best Life possible for you. Write out your “bucket list” (goals), rank order the list, develop a set of values that facilitates your goals. Be willing to change them every six months or so. Keep a journal of your activities. Avoid on-line surveys.
- Never let others decide what is best for you. Choose your own path and follow it. Set goals and look ahead
- I would tell them to cherish every moment in their life and never to take anything for granted. To push themselves to the best of their ability in order to reach their goals. I would also tell them to be kind to everyone as you never know what they have been through. The people around are who you are represented by therefore one should always be around people that make them a better person. Always try to help others to the best of your ability because every little thing helps so give back.
- Don’t give up on your dreams, but be realistic and pick your battles when it comes to obstacles that get in the way of achieving your goals.
- Live your life with no regrets because it can be the worst feeling in the world at times. And strive for your goals no matter what life throws at you.
- Be independent ,be hard worker which will change the vision of life .
- Don’t let fear be more powerful than your dreams and goals. I let it hold me back at times and I don’t want that to happen to you.
- Help others, you’ll automatically empower yourself to achieve bigger goals from the fulfillment you get from helping others achieve theirs.
- Goals set them and go for them. Always look ahead to advance yourself.
- Find your passion in life, something you love to do that can make a difference on the world and follow through with it. Don’t let obstacles get in your way to achieve your goals. Live with no regrets.
- If you can do it, do it. Do not second guess yourself if you know that through by hard work and dedication you can achieve those goals. Never give up on something that you really want.
- If you want to attain happiness, tie it to your goals and not on unmaterialistic things
- Manage your time well. In life there are many things young people want to do, but never have an opportunity to do. Some young people want to read, learn and instrument, work out, etc. however, if you don’t write out a daily/weekly schedule, or have some form of time management skills it becomes difficult to reach these goals. Anything worth achieving requires consistency and discipline but I’ve learned the best way to assist yourself is to properly manage your time. Yes you’re young and feel like you have all the time in the world but time will slip through your hands and once it’s gone it can’t be replaced. People are always careful to manage their money yet money can be replaced. I believe you should have goals, visions, and dreams, but be careful what you give your time too because in the end once your time is up its gone.
- Life is short. don’t be afraid to chase your dreams and goals
- I would like to ask them to be kind and enjoy their life more also have to take their time and paid effort because it is important to archive their goals and don’t waste time.
- I would tell them to live in the moment and take a chance on their goals and dreams because life is too short, and you never know when something good or bad might happen, and you could miss some of the best opportunities in your life.
- Do what you love and love what you do. live life study hard and achieve your goals.
- I would tell a young adult to do what they want to do, not what others expect you to do. I would tell this to them because if you are always doing what other people want you to do, you will never reach your own goals and never become successful or happy in life.
- I would let them know that there are a lot of bad things and mean people in the world. But they cannot let that cloud their vision. They should always try to find the good side of everything. When they make a decision, they have to stand behind it. They cannot have remorse after making it. I would also tell them that they are never out of the fight. I would tell them this so that hopefully they would follow their dreams and never give up no matter what anyone says.
- Adjust or maintain your behavior and your goals as you do your periodic “happy me test.”
- Set goals for yourself but always follow your heart, always be kind to everyone you meet, don’t judge them but listen to them because they each have their own story to tell.
- Dreams are for the taking. Don’t live in the shadows of someone else but stand in the sunshine and stretch to reach your goals and aspirations. You only truly live once so make the most of it so that you will have no regrets later in life.
- Work hard, play hard. Embrace your goals; don’t sweat the small thing; don’t forget to smell the roses and pet the puppies. Run fast, jump high, learn lots, eat wonderful new foods and enjoy good beer.
- I would advise them to get a vision for their lives and work towards ensuring that it comes to pass. I would also tell them to always have service to humanity as a priority on their list. Life is not in the amount of materials we possess but how many lives we have impacted.
- Make time to think/ reflect no matter how busy life can get, then Pursue those goals passionately
- No matter how difficult obstacles can be in life try your best to achieve your goals that you have set for yourself throughout life.
- Take your time to and don’t rush into life. Take the time to learn who you are within you. Be accountable for all your actions. And sets goals career goals early and don’t stop tile you achieve it. Even if you get off track. The earlier you get big goals done the earlier you can enjoy this thing called life.
- Follow your path and no one else’s, do what gets you closer to reaching your goals and don’t let anyone discourage you!!!
- Do not give up. Don’t lose sight if your goals and especially don’t give up. To make it anywhere in life you can’t just give up. You got to earn your way.
- I would tell them to figure out exactly what they want in life, set measurable goals and then get to achieving them asap.
- Speak your mind! Never give up on the goals you want to accomplish in life because those goals, if you fulfill them in the best way possible will eventually come to life! If you give up that’s telling your haters that they won! You have to win! So lead and be the best you can possibly be.
- Don’t sweat the little things and keep focused on the bigger goals
- Try your best and give all you can to reach your goals and you will always be successful.
- Listen to your elders. They will give you good wisdom and lead you in the correct direction. Do not let obstacles get in your way and continue to push forward toward your goals in life.
- Do not concentrate on the past or problems you have already made. Why dwell on something that you cannot fix. Live for the present and trust yourself. No one knows yourself better than you do. Set your standards high and your goals higher, and do not stop until you reach them.
- One piece of advice I would give to a young adult if I was on my death bed I would tell them to believe that you can accomplish anything and you will. Like if you set goals, you will try everything to reach them and so it’s like if you believe it sets your mind to do anything and I feel that it would give them confidence to accomplish anything they want.
- Always follow through the dreams and goals to the best of their abilities and stay positive.
- Strive to be a person that can change the world. Set goals and don’t look back. No one can tell you that you can’t do something, show them that you can. This world can be a painful place and bad things happen to good people. Live in the moment, make the best of bad situations. Appreciate everyone that you have in your life. Live your life, love the people in it, and don’t forget to laugh. This life isn’t about money, it’s about happiness.
- Not sure. I think it’s important to think of big goals and bring them closer to your real experience?
- Make a difference. Work hard but balance personal goals as much. Work is only one part of the equation for success.
- Live every moment as if it’s your last day. Don’t ever give up on your goals.
- Only them can achieve their goals, no one can hold you back. Go with your heart
- Follow your passion. I think the worst ending one can have is to realize they have wasted their one chance at life pursuing the wrong goals. Too often we simply settle for what is easy rather than seeking fulfillment.
- Give life everything you’ve got. Don’t half do things. Set goals and whatever wall is stopping you from achieving your goals should be torn down by being 100% focused. Be optimistic if for no other reason than statistically knowing you will live a longer, more fruitful life.
- Set goals. It’s okay if you don’t meet them, new goals and opportunities come as you grow. Having goals set gives you something to strive for even if your goals change.
- Set your goals as high as you can and believe in yourself. Set low expectations and you will only every achieve minor things. Self-belief is the key and you need to just believe in your own ability.
- That life would bring many ups and downs. That you need to live up to it and not let anyone or anything stop you from reaching your goals. Life is not easy but by finding people who will not stop you from reaching your goals. Life will be a breeze.
- Don’t concern yourself with other people’s thoughts and opinions. Often too much negativity can cloud your mind and vision. So, relax and enjoy your life! Oh and travel the world!
- Be yourself; find who you are, and what you really want. Floating aimless is going to cost you time and effort while identifying your goals early will give you higher chance to achieve them and improve them. Life is too short so by yourself so you can maximize what you get from it.
- Never let others around you dominate your dreams. You alone are the master of your desires & goals.
