To me, this means to have spiritual guidance. Whether or not you live up to the biblical version or your own, its a spiritual being guiding you through life.
When a person is misguided in life and looking for answers, they seem to turn towards Jesus Christ. For some, this works to put them on the right track in life. Any type of spirituality helps any individual validate their moral standing within themselves and express themselves in a self-righteous way.
This article and responses are RichardStep visitor submissions and are about as raw and down-to-Earth as we can get, folks. Keep this in mind as there are varying opinions, ages, and stations in life represented. In the end, there are always some good hints, tips, and advice nuggets to grab from it all.
Jesus Christ Is Lord
- Make Jesus Lord of your life and allow Him to lead, guide and direct you.
- Aside from sharing the fact that a relationship with Jesus is the only thing that really satisfies, I would tell people to be themselves, make sure that they do what God has wired them to do, and to be careful not to get trapped in the busyness that consumes our society. Don’t forfeit close relationships for acquaintances.
- To seek and build a relationship with our Lord a day Savior Jesus Christ.
- That they should get to know Jesus, if they have not yet made that decision beforehand. My life has never been the same since I got to know Jesus, he has changed my whole life and my perspectives about everything on earth!
- Turn to Jesus. He’s the only One who knows best, the most powerful One, and the only One who can give you fulfillment.
- Accept the love and grace of Jesus. it will free you to be you and allow you to help others be themselves.
- Trust on the Lord with all you do and in all your ways, acknowledge Him. Jesus Christ is our savior, all he wants is our obedience to His father’s ways
- Accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, and to love others!
- Give your life to Christ. Remember your family is forever, your job is temporary. Spend time giving back to others and displaying the love of Christ to others. Money, power and position are not the most important, love, respect and friendship are.
- Jesus loves you and He forgives all your sins. Accept Him into your heart and you will live in the Kingdom of God forever.
- Everything on earth maybe good but not perfect and therefore might not make us last but the love of Jesus is an undying hope that’s there to give us perfect peace and future
- Accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior and live for him!
- I would tell them of Jesus Christ and that our lives should be spent completely for Him. That it is complete joy to know. Him and live for Him.
- Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ! Believing in God definitely will change your entire life, it will change how your life is moving. God is our father, when this young adult is able to walk into the Path of going to Jesus, there is a guarantee that his/her life wills change.
- Always put Jesus first in all you do, Others next and Yourself last, and from this you will have great JOY.
- Give your life to Jesus, a tell the world he loves them
- I would share with them Jesus, tell them to live their life to his glory. Do not worry about money, but focus on quality of life and affecting others positively.
- I would tell them about Jesus and how he died to save them from their sins. I would tell them that he loves them so much and wants them to spend eternity in heaven with him.
- Consider the claims of Christ. Consider others as more important than yourself.
- Get to know Jesus. He can change your life for the better. He was the perfect path already set for you. All you have to do is listen – no more worry or hurt. He has you right where he wants you – just follow him.
- Live fully for Jesus. Give what He tells you to give, serve where He tell you to serve. Look to Him and not to the world. I would say this because He would be on my mind particularly at that moment. I would be reflecting on if/how I had lived my life for the Lord. I would then know that, ultimately, when it comes to our quick time on this earth: nothing else matters. Let Him use you as He has planned and prepared. (I may also include: Love Him. Love others. Love your family.)
- Follow and trust God and Jesus Christ and love people, seek wisdom not riches, dance more and laugh at everything.
- Seek after a relationship with your Savior Jesus and work to advance His kingdom. This is the legacy you can leave.
- Find God, through Jesus, get to know him, trust him, and enjoy life
- Pray that the Holy Spirit would come into your heart and make Jesus your Lord and savior.
- Know Jesus. Throughout my life- through all the hardship and joyous moment, God has been so good and real in my life. He has encouraged me, saved me, loved me, forgiven me, changed me, and pursued me since the moment I was born. When you understand what Christ has done for you on the cross, everything in your life makes sense. We live to glorify Jesus. We live to exalt him. It is a privilege and honor to be used by Him.
- Cling to what is Truth. Cling to who Christ is.
- Everyone in the world is broken and is looking for the same thing you are. Just like I was searching for. The answer is in Christ’s love and His grace. Once we accept that, our lives start to change, and you will now understand and love people the way Christ loves you.
- I would tell these young adults to simply love everyone they come in contact with, as Christ did. No matter who the people that come into their lives, simply love them as they love themselves. I believe that this is the most important thing because even though people might do something evil towards you or hurt you, showing them love rather than hurting them back can make your life and the other person’s life so much better. Through this you can make more friends rather than enemies and life long bonds with those people. I also believe that true love between all humans is the answer for the world today.
- Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. Everything you do in life should be for his glory.
- LIFE IS ALL ABOUT FACING unexpected situations. . .it is made of joys and sorrows. . .but in all aspects god(Jesus) can only be with me to help me and tackle the situations. .i put my trust in lord Jesus than myself. .because he is the one who crated me and if we seek him, we will lack no goodness in our life. .he is more concerned about our life. . .
- Love Jesus and pursue his Kingdom, then anything you do in life will be with eternal purpose.
- The one thing I would recommend would be to seek a relationship with Jesus Christ. Everything in this world is useless without Him. I’d let them know that because they have broken God’s law they are on their way to hell & even their best deeds aren’t good enough. But Christ came to take their punishment on the cross, He died and rose again, & if they’ll accept Him He will free them from their sin and give them a new life. Nothing in life is more important than knowing Christ and walking with Him daily.
- I would tell them About Christ. A person’s afterlife is more important than life.
- I would tell them about Christ and how He has changed my life. I would ensure that person knew to stay away from becoming religious or concern with the walk of others and just focus on his or her personal walk with Jesus.
- I would say to make the most of your life, don’t waste it on things that don’t last. Positively affect everyone you come in contact with and spread the word about Christ. Love others and show kindness, never work for selfish desires.
