True happiness meas that you are satisfied with where you are in life. It doesn’t mean a feeling of constant euphoria. It’s a continuous feeling of peace and contentment and having hope in what the future has in store for you.
Someone looking to improve their lives could find out what makes them happy and pursue those things instead of what others want them to pursue. If they are constantly looking for the next high, then they are probably not truly happy. Happiness is a sustainable pleasant feeling.

True Happiness
- I would tell the young adults to enjoy life and live life to the fullest
- Listen to me boy, you live life like it supposed to be with no regrets don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t be or do something ,you do whatever makes you happy cause at the end, whose there… you !
- Do something you enjoy doing and make a career out of it
- Enjoy life, It’s too short not to go out and have some adventure. Seek new opportunities, find new friends do anything to make like just that much better!
- Live life to the full by enjoying it and being the best you can daily,

- One piece of advice that I would give is to stress the importance of time and not the importance of THINGS or STUFF. I would encourage any young adult to find something that they are truly passionate about and suggest they find a career path involving what it is – we spend the majority of our lives working, so it should be something that they enjoy and have a passion for.
