Adaptability• Tell me about the most difficult change you have had to make in your professional career. How did you manage the change?
Analysis/Problem Assessment• Tell me about a time you did not properly handle a disagreement with a coworker.
Coaching• Tell me about a time one of your direct reports was not meeting expectations.

Interpersonal Skills/Influence• Keeping others informed of your progress/actions helps them feel comfortable. Tell me your methods for keeping your supervisor advised of the status on projects.

Leadership• Describe a time when you utilized your leadership ability to gain support for something that was initially strongly opposed by others.
