To me this is hard to do because most of the making money online links are scams or make you pay for their services. I think your best hobby is the only outlet that allows you to make a low amount of money online. The only reason I do my main hobby is to pay off my student loans while I have free time off work.
The most important thing about this topic is credibility. There are millions of people advertising this online and it appears they are the only ones making money from it. An advertiser would have to have something that makes them more credible than the competition.
I asked readers, researchers, and curious folks like yourself what they felt was most important about this topic. What follows is a combination of some of the better answers in a long series of interview-format articles. The answers are raw, personal, and hopefully add some insight to your life.
Today’s Focus: Making Money Online
R: What would someone really get out of this?
I: The greatest befit from making money using the internet is that you can work at your own pace and set your own hours. There is no rush hours or long commutes (unless you use public facilities for internet access, such as a library), which help you be more productive. You also set your own environment as you like, and you don’t have to be bothered by co-workers or managers. In fact, you are your own boss, you work as much or as little as you like.
R: I’m wondering, what do you think about this subject is so important now-a-days?
I: I think this topic will make people stop and think about their life. It might help them go over some important decisions they might be in the middle of making. If they take more time to think about their situation they might discover a better outcome than the solution they were previously going to go with.
R: Tell me about your thoughts on how this helps folks be better in life?
I: It beats the heck out of sitting around watching daytime tv! There are a lot of unemployed people out there and making money online may not pay like a regular job, but it’s better than nothing. Being productive always makes you feel better and feeling better usually makes you a better person.
R: In general, what type or person (or someone specifically!) typifies this subject to you?
I: A person that is good at Groupon or couponing. If you’re not spending money you’re making money. My friends sister is good at this.
R: If you had to pick who’s the worst at this subject, who would it be?
I: Making Money Online would be difficult for anyone not familiar with computers or the internet. It would be very difficult to teach older people the value of the internet and how to market on it. People without business or people skill would also be very unlikely to make money online.
R: If you had to pick right now, how could you use this subject in your life more?
I: They need to learn about the Google tools. Google analytic allows one to know about the search ability of the topic. Google keyword search lets the writer know the online popularity of a word or a phrase.
R: Can you let us know when you think a good time to pay attention to this subject is?
I: It is a good time when someone is on hard times financially. There can be opportunities online that would not generally be available to them otherwise. Online opportunities are also good if the person is at the point in their life when they are looking to make a career change. It could also be good for retired people who are looking to make passive income.
R: When’s just a really bad time to be working on this subject?
I: when they don’t know the ins and outs of web surfing. when someone is adamant that is how they don’t want to make money. someone who doesn’t have access to the internet.
R: Is there at least one place you can think of that people should consider bringing this into their daily lives?
I: when you have to stay at home because you have one vehicle, it can be a great idea to bring this topic up. Other reasons could be special needs children. Another reason could be that you just want pocket money and do not want to tap into savings.
R: Give an example of where folks should not be working on this subject.
I: Most people would not think that you have to pay income taxes for money made online. This could lead to a bad outcome if you had made a substantial extra income, but did not pay your taxes on it. If you did not have the additional income for said taxes, this could lead to a lien on your house, car, paycheck, or even jail time.
R: In your opinion, who out there could use a little more help with this subject?
I: The unemployed could use this activity. Charity groups could help the unemployed find jobs without leaving their homes. Administrators of social programs could benefit from this activity.
R: Describe at least one thing you would recommend to someone looking into this topic more.
I: if you want to make money online, the best way to start is to read some books on the topic. There are a lot of ways to make money online and many people who are quite willing to take your money in return for teaching you what you can find out by reading a bit. After you do some research, it’s time to start trying out some different things to see which suits you best.
R: What is the absolutely most dangerous and bad thing someone should stay away from related to this topic?
I: overtly ad-ridden sites. overseas locations and sketchy web address/sites. poorly rated websites.
R: Given any tool available, what would you recommend folks do make this subject a bigger part of their lives?
I: There are many methods to make money online, and people should first know that it depends on the person which way is best. For instance, certain online resources allow users to take surveys or perform basic tasks for money. Other people might find that selling things on e-bay or craigslist is a good way to make money. To really understand the ways, it might be good for people to first buy things online or elicit services from online sources, so they know how to behave when they themselves try to make money online.
