Below are some of the more common questions, concerns, or issues that come up when visiting RichardStep.com or purchasing one of my products here.

Product Purchasing

Q: Can I pay with a credit card? All I see is PayPal and Google Checkout.

A: Yes. I’ve written up a completely separate page for this. It’s easy! Click here to see it.

Q: How and when will I receive my product?

A: All products here are handled through e-Junkie or Amazon. Both allow for immediate purchase and delivery when you’re ready.

Product Download / Receipt

Q: I didn’t get an email from you with my product information. What do I do?

A: Check your spam folders, please. Your product download email will be from “sales@richardstep.com” or an “@e-junkie.com” address. Email services like Yahoo, Hotmail, Inbox.com, etc. may default to the spam or junk folder so remember to check in there.

Q: I clicked the link in my email and the e-Junkie website said my link is expired. How do I get my products?

A: For security reasons, there is a 5 download and 120 hour limit on your original link. Easy to fix. Send me an email with your e-Junkie transaction ID or purchase email address and I’ll reactivate it in no time.

Q: The link in the email doesn’t work. What do I do?

A: Highlight the link in your email using your mouse. Right click and choose ‘Copy’. Open your internet browser, right click in the address / URL bar, and choose ‘Paste’. Press the ‘Enter’ button on your keyboard.

Q: When I click on the link in my email, it looks like it works, but no file downloads. What’s wrong?

A: The file is probably opening inside of your browser and this is causing errors. Try clicking the link again (or right-clicking) and choose the ‘Save’ option instead of the ‘Open’ option.

Q: My product file came as a ZIP file. What do I do?

A: Most newer operating systems (Windows Vista, 7, and 8) allow you to simply download the zip, double click on it, and browse it just like it was any other folder.

Q: I don’t have Windows Vista, 7, or 8. How can I open a ZIP file?

A: Download a free program like 7Zip, install it, and now your zip file will be associated with the 7Zip program. Simply double click the ZIP file, browse through it, and you’re done. Click here to download 7Zip.
