Self-esteem can be a tricky thing. It’s age dependent, it changes depending on your environment and familiarity, and isn’t something most folks talk about in a positive light. From news articles to classroom name-calling, low self esteem is something a lot of people struggle with.

It’s hard to build self confidence when you’re too busy fending off the opinions of others. It’s time to break freee of their biased opinions and look for yourself.
