1. Refund and Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth and timely refund, please follow the steps below carefully. All returns must be initiated within 45 days of the original purchase date.
The 4-Step Return Process
Submit your money-back request via email through the Contact Me page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This must be done before returning any merchandise.
Upon review of your request, you will receive personalized instructions for returning your order, including the exact return shipping address.
Do not ship your product to any address other than the one provided with your RMA number. Returns sent to an incorrect address may be lost or delayed.
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly — typically within 7–10 business days.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. We make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been charged and/or shipped.
