1. Refund and Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth and timely refund, please follow the steps below carefully. All returns must be initiated within 45 days of the original purchase date.
The 4-Step Return Process:

Step 1: Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
You must submit your money back request via email through the Contact Me page to initiate the return process and obtain an RMA number. This must be done in advance of returning any merchandise.

Step 2: Await Specific Instructions.
Upon review of your request, you will receive specific, personalized instructions for returning your order, including the exact return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship Only to the Provided Address.
DO NOT ship your product to any address other than the one you specifically receive upon requesting your RMA number. Returns sent to an incorrect address may be lost or delayed.

Step 4: Processing.
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly, typically within 7-10 business days.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. We make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been charged and/or shipped.
Request Requirements:
Please submit any cancellation request via email through the Contact Me page. Your email must contain the following information, identical to the information originally submitted on your order:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number or Transaction ID
- Email Address
- Current Contact Information (Phone or secondary email, in case we have questions)
Cancellation Outcome Scenarios:
The outcome of your cancellation request depends on the order’s status at the time your email is processed:
- If Cancellation is Submitted and Order is NOT Shipped: We will gladly refund the complete balance charged, including any associated shipping costs.
- If Cancellation is Submitted AFTER the Order is Shipped: This is processed as a standard return. We will refund the merchandise total less the original shipping costs.
