Most of us worries over work for different reasons, for instance I worry because I get intimidated by my boss or anyone with higher position than I am. I always get worried that my work might not be good enough and that I made some mistakes with certain job that I do. What if tomorrow I wont have work anymore due to company shutdown or budget cuts. I love working and worrying over it is not healthy since it adds stress and it can actually make some serious damage to. and your job.
Most companies offer classes and trainings for employees, take those trainings and classes to better yourself. Have self confidence, the more confident you are the better for your job. Try harder and do your best in every situation, accept challenges since they can help you to be better. Be kind to your co workers, good working environment plays a huge role in having a great working experience.
Try not to worry too much, think positive and focus on your job. As much as possible avoid mixing your personal problems or issues with work, that will help you focus more and be more productive. Accept failure and learn from them, don’t let failure and mistakes bring you down, use them as tool to be better in the future. Don’t stop there! everyday is an opportunity to learn and be successful. take advantage of those opportunities.

Worrying Over Work
- Work in a group with a partner that didn’t carry his weight
- Work and responsibilities are thrown and piled onto me, overwhelming and stressing me.
- Work through a relational conflict. Frustrating because I feel I lack good communication skills.
- Work on a video that was bad because the client would not accep sensible direction.
- Work with someone who was set in their ways to the point that failure was inevitable.
- Working without the necessary resources is frustrating because you can’t “be all that you can be.”
