Using your strengths is figuring out what your are good at doing. Some people are great leaders, others are good care takers or teachers. Once you have figured out what skills are your strongest, you can use those skills to get jobs or help friends.
Some people find their strengths in school because there are specific classes which they excel. Others find strengths by taking assessment tests. Once you find your strongest skill sets, you can look at the career fields that use those skills. Being better than the rest mean you are more likely to have a long successful career.
There is another benefit to using your strengths. You can get personal satisfaction from knowing you did a job to the highest level of quality. Because of this quality, your work can make an impact in the workplace.

Using Your Strengths
- Realise my strengths, because I feel like I need to make some decisions quickly and I’m being too indecisive.
- What is my greatest strength? Where should I focus in order to maximize my time.
- What are my gifts and strengths? how do I find that one thing im great at and stay focus on it? How can I work smarter not harder? most frustrating thing is to try to not get distracted and focus on completing my to do list .
