People say pay it no mind and it will not matter. I believe they are trying to explain that the things you are mindful of becomes your mental state. Garbage in garbage out. It is your mind that counts; your ‘fullness’ or ‘lessness’ thereof.

- Mind what other people think about me and trying to please them.
- Mind numbing work. Work that doesn’t allow me to think. Sometimes it’s good but being creative is really what I like.
