Sleep is necessary for survival. if you are not well rested you will make mistakes that could cost you your life even. it is recommended the average adult get 6-8 hrs of sleep a day.
Sleep and rest refresh you for the day ahead of you. It allows us to function at a higher capacity then a person on little to no sleep. It is always better to give 100% at work then a tired 75%.
I sleep in a room with a dark out blind to help me sleep better. I take a shower before I go to bed so I feel clean. I wash my bedding in gain because the scent comforts & soothes me to sleep.

Sleeping & Rest
- Sleep on my back due to neck pain. I’m a side sleeper.
- Sleeping durring the day, because more could have been done in that time
- Sleep. I’m so busy I don’t get enough sleep so I am very tired the next day.
- Sleeping and ignoring my abilities and encourgaments. Cause I can do better, I don’t want to give up and I believe in myself.
- Stay asleep. My brain is racing from doing B School and won’t shut down.
- Try to sleep as i always think about the future and what might happen this frustrates me as i think to much and then i find it hard to comunicate so therefor i must start to think less about little things.

- Getting the kids to stick to their regular bedtime since they are on spring break. Next week they start school again, if they go to sleep late this week, the pattern will carry onto next week they’ll be cranking & tired in the morning.
- The hardest thing i have had to do is get out of bed. i am jobless at the moment and unsure about what to do with myself. i have not been sleeping well.

- Trying to get the dog out of the house at bed time because he wouldnt get out and wanted me to pick him up to carry him out but i was too tired so i let him sleep inside. he won.

- Balancing school, work, and health. I feel that school and work are such mandatory events that I neglect my health and see that it is really starting to affect me because of my irregular eating and sleeping patterns that show when I am fatigue in lectures and at work.
