Personal skills are things that you are good at. They can range from work skills, social skills, athletic skills, ect. For example being a good artist would be a personal skill.
developing personal skills can help you in both your personal life and/or your career. learning a hobby craft such as woodworking or gardening can be personally rewarding and give you a sense of accomplishment. Acquiring work related personal skills can help you get promoted and further your career.
my best advice on personal skills would be to find something you enjoy and practice doing it. The more you do said skill the better you’ll get at it, and the more fun it can be. having many personal skills can make you feel like a well rounded individual and being good at them can always bring up your mood.
