Money and Finance is the process of defining what your work is valued at in society, and then getting paid that value in the prevailing monetary system, such as United States currency. You can then save this value for future needs like retirement, or use it for current needs like paying the bills. It is better to earn more of this value than is spent so that you can pay for anything you want or need.
One way to keep your finances in good shape is to setup a budget. To do this you make a list of all your expenses such as food or rent. Subtract this from your monthly income. If you have more expenses that income, you could find a way to get more income. Another option is to find a way to cut back expenses.
Once you have enough income to have money left over after expenses, consider how to save or invest it for the future. Making educated investments can increase savings for the future greatly. Keep track of these investments and make changes as needed to keep the savings growing.

Money
- A sewer back up that required time and energy (and money) being spent. There isn’t anything I can do about it, so I tried to remain positive but I did think about the worst case scenario and I need a little more information before I can make a definitive decision on how to proceed.
- Finding out why our credit card was put on hold – because somebody tried to tag my checking account and our credit card. This is frustrating to me that there are such dishonest people out there. And, now we need to call all of the companies that we have automatic payments made because our credit card has been stopped due to Fraud, the second time in a couple of months, and the credit card company already told us we were going to have a change in our credit card in April – it will go to a different type of card. Just a bloody inconvenience.
- I am applying to be a substitute teacher, and the application is unnecessarily long and complicated. I am endlessly frustrated by inefficiency and superfluous tasks. Also, the application requires I pay several large fees, which I feel is unfair. In what other field but education is it acceptable to require an applicant to pay just for the “privilege” of applying? I am frustrated by people making money off of others without providing due value.
- I had to ask my roommate for the 4th or 5th time for the utility money. This was frustrating because it’s a pattern every month. She never gets the money to me before the bills are due, despite my clear communication of the amount and when it is due. I feel disrespected and not taken seriously.
- I had to speak with a superior in the company about staff moral and ways to improve it and make the company grow. His response disgusted me as he made it clear that the company are unconcerned about moral as long as the money was still coming in. This attitude towards staff members truly frustrated me and made me question my position in the company.
- I had to talk about money with my fiance. I did not want to lose control on this part of my life and submit to a stifling situation that would be filled with strife. It was frustrating agruing with someone that I want to get along with but felt strongly enough to argue my point.
- I have tried numerous times to explain to an acquaintance that money he gave me was stolen by an anonymous person online, not by myself. I have shown him proof by means of a receipt reflecting proof I sent the money in exchange for an item but was never sent anything in return, as well as a conversation over three days between this man and I that suddenly ceased to continue as soon as he received the money.
- Making the once a life time best decisions for me because I usually end up making the wrong decision and I never experienced it before. I even hate regretting things as well. Figuring out the best major I want to take because I don’t want to waste my own time and my parent’s money.
- Recently one of the most frustrating thing I’ve gone through lately is living with in a knew house hold off people . They are always fighting and it’s dragging me down. Also I feel like I’m using everyone around me because I’m Homeless and don’t have much money so I’m taking all the help I can get but don’t have much to offer in return. I’m. I also feel vary chains up by responsibility so and I’m always angry. Depression is a curent problem
- The most frustrating thing that I’ve had to do recently is manage my finances. In the past few months and months to come, there have been key events that I had to finance in a certain order. Budgeting for these events became a hassle when all money had to go to one event and another had to get pushed close to its deadline. In some instances, the money wasn’t available until the following pay-period, and that money had to be borrowed and paid back with interest.
