I think a horrible boss is a person that is over top of you running things and don’t care about the employees feelings. That only care about there self and not others and probably living in a miserable life and want you to be miserable with them. Nothing is never to good for them always have something negative to say, no greeting when you enter the building, bad mouthing his employees, saying things that are not true or right, don’t care about you as far as missing a day or two if you have a family death , just in general just being crazy with no life and no feeling!
They can improve there life first by starting off by prayer if they really wanna change there ways, try to help people instead of sending them on there way with no directions and they need to no that other people have feelings to ,also they might have to change there career to something else if they going to be a bad boss to there employees.
If I had to go to work and if I was a horrible boss and I new it I would see what the problem was first for me to be acting that way. Is it I don’t wanna deal with people if so change jobs, is it the time I have to be there if so change me time, is It a certain person that makes me act this way if so pray about it if not let that person change shifts or get rid of them if they are causing a problem because I no if I have to walk around my job mad and sad that’s going to cause my employees not to like me and cause more problems and that can lead to fighting , killing,or losing a good job.
