Health is the current state in which your body is operating. The healthier a person is, usually means a better longevity, and leads to a better appearance. They are usually highly relatable. A healthier person will often be more attractive than if he/she was otherwise unhealthy.
Easy ways to become more healthy is to make sure you exercise an adequate amount each day. It is also important to make sure you eat healthy foods. Avoiding sugary and processed foods are a basic step that everyone can take.
If a person wants to improve their health and appearance, exercise and healthy eating habits are the only way. With a mix of strength training and cardio each week your body will be forced to adapt and gain some muscle along with burning more fat. You should also eat many vegetables and get adequate protein.

Health & Appearances
- Deal with acne. This is extremely frustrating because it is a very stubborn and persistent problem, and follows me wherever I am or how I feel. Most of all, this problem affects my outer appearance and can change what people think of me or judge me. This ruins my personal moral and self confidence.
- Going out running. I’ve always been in good shape because of my dancing but I don’t do that anymore and it’s been difficult to see my body change into “woman shape”. It’s not enough for me to just run to get fit – to me that’s not a real goal. In dancing I explore and most important of all: EXPRESS myself. Therefore I made a deal with my mother saying that each time I go out running, she has to quit one of her cigarettes and smoke the electric one instead. My mothers smoking concerns me.
- I broke my ankle a few months ago and just tried to run on it recently after wearing the boot to heal the bone for 2 months. It was definitely a frustrating process. Not only am I woefully out of shape but I also have so much muscle loss that I have pain starting to pop up in different areas of my body.
- I got a bad sunburn and it was frustrating and hard to do normally simple tasks because of the blisters and burn. I had to get help for some simple things like putting on a shirt and I could not do a lot of the things that I wanted to do because of that.
- I have a daughter who suffers with Bowel issues and it is frustrating for me to see her in pain when she has ingested something that upsets her stomach. It is difficult for me to just sit that and not be able to help get rid of her pain. I want her to enjoy her life and always have fun but some day it is hard when she has a bad day.
- I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my health. I finally went to see the doctor and I have a disorder. It has been frustrating because I have had this problem for a long time now and it took so long to figure out what it was.
- Last night I was running a 101 degree fever. I get TERRIBLE chills when I get fever. I knew the only thing I had available that would make me feel better was Ibuprophen. I generally don’t like taking medicine because I know how hard it is on your internal organs, but I really hated the way I was feeling. This was so frustrating to me because I knew I could get something better than Ibuprophen that isn’t harmful, AND would make me feel better – but it’s still illegal in my state (Marijuana).
- The most frustrating thing I had to do was to find the right clothes to make me look slimmer. Because I’m a plus size girl,I get conscious a lot. People always notice my body. Although I carry my weight well,I’m still bigger than average. It is frustrating because it is hard to hide the weight and it is hard to find the right clothes to fit and flatter my pear-shaped body.
- Well I had a cold and I could not get well for two weeks, so I fell behind schedule. this created twice as much problems as I already have. and trust me, its not much fun to deal with them. what makes things worse is that im still not feeling so good so I cant approach them effectively.
- Well to focus on one thing, I’ve been smoking “socially” for about a year now, thinking I was invincible to cravings (which has not proven to be the case), and have decided to quit. So the cravings this past week have been frustrating, but no one said they wouldn’t be ;).
