Getting through the day involves many different things. Getting through the day consists of certain tasks that everyone must do to get through the day. Every person tasks for their day are different. Getting through the day also consists of attitude. People have to put themselves in a certain frame of mind to try and have a good attitude to get them through the day.
Improving your attitude and feelings toward the day can help improve your career or personal life. If you have a negative attitude it will be much harder to get through each day. a negative attitude will make each day slower and create more problems throughout the day to get through. a positive attitude will make each day much easier and will help a person perform better either at their work or the personal life.
Getting through the day involves a good attitude and also daily tasks and maybe having energy. An example is a person may go to bed earlier the night before to get some extra sleep to help them have more energy to get through the door. another example is that i wake up in the morning and know that I need my coffee to get through my day. When I wake up I try and put a smile on my face and tell myself it is going to be a good day,

Getting Through the Day
- The most frustrating thing is to search for a grant at my internship and not find anything. It is frustrating because it makes me think I am not good at my position so why am I doing it.
- The possibility of sudden change is very frustrating to me. I like to be certain when making decisions. The unknown or inability to see every possible outcome is frustrating.
- The most frusting thing that I have done in the past is telling the truth to my Mother because I always lied to my mother and she would get mad at me.
- Attempting to fix my printer. My printer told me I needed new yellow ink, and after making three trips to the store and spending $100, really all I needed to do was flip down a lever really hard.
- Dealing with a query where I know what I am saying is the correct thing to do. Have a few days off and then come back and realise that this has been done a completely different way, rather then asking for help which was stated.
- The most frustrating things that happened to me was a few days ago when my grandmother’s sundowners episode happened. It is very awful to go through and hard to deal with. It is such an awful thing for her body and for me.
- One of the most difficult things I did this past week was to take a part out of the engine and it was annoying to figure out a way to take it out, took a while to figure it out.
- The most frustrating thing I’m dealing with at the moment is a lack of support and clarity from my board of directors as I develop a new mentoring program at my organization. It was frustrating because I like clarity and having a definite “plan of attack”.
- To get cross-functional team on the same page with our interpretation of results by our function. An alignment was crucial for setting strategy.

- Having to deal with a situation in which a peer tried to schedule one of my resources without asking. It was frustrating because I had to address the situation and rectify it without stepping on anyone’s toes. It was a very political situation.
- I had to try to lift a 50 lbs. bag of dog food back on a shelf because we didnt want that tpye of dog food. it was frustrating because it was really heavy and it would not stop getting caught on the edge of the rack.
- Trying to get folks to approve change requests. Without their approval the change request will need to be dealyed until the next cycle.
- Hang out with my in-laws. I just don’t see eye to eye with them and they try to make decisions for me.
- I have to try to overcome my procrastination constantly recently. I’m feeling stuck and find I cannot start my paid commissions
- Drive far distances to get to the regional stores I train. It hurts my body physically and make me emotionally and physically exhausted.
- The most frustrating thing I had to do was repair a wall so that I could move out. It was frustrating because the damage free tape I used on the wall damaged the wall.
- My ex cheating on me behind my back and my stupidity that I cant let him go without feeling as though Im not living

- Dealing with others decisions. i wasnt able to branch out on faith. i was always depending on others to do for me.
- This girl talks really slow and I am very impatient. Sh is in my small group and I have to be nice but I always snap at her.
- I’ve been trying to save up for an apartment, and it’s just caused me to get really stressed not knowing how to save up enough, and not having anything planned out.
- I have had lacrosse tryouts which is a sport Ive never played and I’m worrie dbaout getting cut from the team.

- Schwab can’t set up e-delivery for one of my clients because the client has too many accounts and they are having technical difficulties. It makes me upset because I can’t do anything about it.

- The most frustrating thing that happened to me was when my essay outline on Google Drive got erased (thanks, Google!) and I had to start over.

- Trying to sort some new MI needed for RBB. It was frustarting because no once can confirm the right details/data and it was inconsistent from one team to another.

- Have a fight with somebody. They made me feel like I was nothing and had no purpose, like I’m not special at all.

- I had to go bra shopping with my mom. This was frustrating because she wanted me to try them on in public, and it was hard to convince her otherwise.
- Trying to find the right property insurance for our property. Every agent I talk to contradicts one another and the “type” of property it should be labeled and insured as.

- I had lunch with my dad the other day and it was frustrating because i am bad at directing conversation and i felt like that was the only way to get anywhere

- Dealing with the man. He is struggling with depression and I have trouble being sympathetic when I am unclear of what is happening to him.
- Accept the limitations of the relationship I am currently in. I know I need to seek a new relationship as this one doesn’t provide me with the degree of companionship I would like, however, I am not yet ready to take action to find what I’m looking for.
- Dealing with my landlord who refuses to communicate with me. It is frustrating because I cannot find a solution to the problem unless he is willing to find a way to fix it.
- Dealing with frustration stress & confusion . Well it was frustration cuz i didnt know how to handle it or wtf to do i guess
- Having to take on the pressure of creating, managing, and executing urgent marketing plans due to being understaffed. The stress, pressure, and being underpayed is frustrating and continuously builds up to being more frustrating.
