It’s imperative that you learn how to find more time to get things done as people are becoming more busy. Do you really know how to get a work / life balance that gives you more “free” time or not? Can you figure out how to be more efficient at work to find more time to do things you need to do?
Prioritize the work and life events / activities that happen in your day to day life. Looking for and tweaking these small, but common, occurrences can free up a whole bunch more time than you might realize. And if all else fails, don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Learn to break down large projects into smaller, more manageable tasks. Buck up and don’t be afraid to delegate when you hit a roadblock that you can’t overcome. Get it straight and organize yourself.

Finding More Time
- At times my residents can be cranky and difficult to please.
- Sometimes i feel i do not know what am doing and feel i a little demotivated
- Sometime, when i have problem,i can not explain to my parent because my parent did not understand me.
- Wasting time repeating information to a new department that could have just got the info from the first department
- Leading my time by saling products & splitting time to do other things. Not being able to concentrate.
- Managing my time and doing the things i need to do yet i keep on postponing it and it frustrates me when i keep procrastinating.
- Prioritizing my time is always frustrating, as there are many important things going on at all times.
- Not being enough time in the day to get everything done.

- Explaining. I sometime hate explaing something to someone because they can’t see my point of view and I can’t find the words to make them understand.
- Completing work on time can be hard. but being able to understand my stance on a subject then building off of it i was able to complete most if not all subjects.
- It take such a long time to complete and no sence of achivement came from it.
- I did not have enough time in the day this week. I am returning from vacation and have so much to do and not enough time to do it.

- Repair something multiple times. It was very frustrating because you end up finding it broken again, even if the repair was correct.
- I do not remember the last time I was frustrated because these moments are very rare, insignificant and last very little. Therefore, I do not care much about them.
- Deal with bills at the same time deal with cuts in time at work. Finances or the lack of them is always frustrating.

- Having too much to do and no time to do it all. But, I do the sales, accounting, proposals, designing!
- To immediately shift from daytime to night time because of some emergency in the hospital, so im awake almost 24 hours of the day for the past few months.
- I feel like my laziness can sometimes make me a lot less productive.
- Having to be there at a specific time having authorities above you always criticizing you and not letting you show who you are.
- Handing in my thesis for the forth time without knowing if it will be another opportunity for hope or disaster.

- Had to walk medium distances (30 minutes time) for no reason as the activity got canceled.
- I don’t have any activity with so much free time. I feel I am born to serve a higher purpose but I am not reaching there.
- Washing and pressing my clothes as it takes time and i need to be nearby .

- Emails. They never stop and having to do deal with them all the time.

- I had to work my way everyday to make something out of anything sometimes it frustrates me but I always make sure i see all different angles and side and see it as positive.
- The most frustrating thing about my current job is not having enough time to implement the new programs I have been planning. I also need more support in a program I am currently running but due to staffing shortages this is not possible.
- Feeling as though someone is watching whatever you do and at the same time they do not talk to you.

- Trying to understand the motivation of others so that I can help them. It os frustrating because at time their motivation is very foreign to me and it is hard for me to come up with a effective solution for them because I don’t understand their thought process.
- Looking to buy a washing machine within my budget, finding a source, but having the machine sold by the time I made contact.
- Most frustrating thing to do in the past would be getting back in the routine after a vacation. It seems time is very different when working. And getting back on track requires a lot of it.
- Searching different dealerships for a automobile. The dealerships state that they have the vehicle, and 9 times out of 10 it is not there. They are trying to get you into the store to make a sell.
- I would say that the most frustrating thing in my life currently would be my relationships with others. Sometimes reality is hard to accept.

- Trying to find parts to compete a job, this should be organized and easily accessible so that workers may complete their job in a timely manner.
- To do a sale and do administration, with a software that doesn’t do so well. It was frustrating because the software ONE CRM is slow and sometimes get stucked.
- The most frustrating thing this past week has been trying to figure out if a paper was willing to take my freelance work. I called them several times and was told to wait until next week to find out if I can submit my work to them.
- Cope with 2 different assignments. One being my Dissertation and the other being my CPPD Portfolio. Very hard to juggle both of them at the same time and very time consuming.
- Giving into temptation and losing more than finding… Failing with women due to my dark humor, cynical view on society and dullness… A lot of the time it leaves me in solitude, which can get depressing…
- The most frustrating part of my life lately has been rooted in a poor relationship with my supervisor–I’m being intensely micromanaged, and I spend more time reporting to her than doing my job. It’s frustrating because I have no sense of confidence in my ability to do my job.
- I was trying to enroll in a month of excursions for a “cruise” I am taking in a couple months. The software was hard to navigate, and it kicked me out a few times. I was short on time and felt the pressure that the excursions would fill.
- I’ve had to gather my receipts for expense reporting. this is frustrating because the information is not in one place, the reports are burdensome, and it takes time away from outward facing work.
- Being the middle man between my elderly father and older brother who are not speaking. It’s frustrating because the fight doesn’t deal with me, is stupid, and I don’t have time for getting in the middle.
- The most frustraiting thing was staying on bed fro 48 hours without doing anything at all since I had the flu. It was frustrating because I’m a really active and I like to be doing stuff all the time rather than laying in bed doing nothing at all.
