Day to day situations are situations or events that occur frequently in life. These situations are generally “unremarkable” and could be called the “stuff of life”. Paying a toll on the way to work or ordering food at a drive through could be considered day to day situations. These events are part of our lives and are unexciting but necessary.
Organizing one’s goals could help them to better deal with day to day situations. This organization includes time management as well as general organization. Having a regular sleep pattern or schedule can help people deal with day to day situations more effectively and efficiently. Remaining calm and thinking before acting makes day to day life easier,.
My advice for day to day situations is to “filter out” what is really important in life. People have a tendency to assign for themselves many things to do when not all of these may be essential. Simplification and organization are the keys to stress reduction and stress reduction is the key to dealing effectively with day to day situations.

- Feel like I am not as knowledgeable/informed about the topics I need to know about, there is a lack of resources–or at least usable resources
- Frustrated with the new change in accountancy qualification program. Uncertainty in the new and old program causes me to have difficulties to do my decision making.
- Tell my customers that my employer is cutting out a service which they rely on from next month. This was frustrating because I have enjoyed being a part of the service and can not answer their question of “what are we going to do now”. I’m a bus driver.
- The most frustrating thing Ive had to deal with lately is my being sick. This is frustrating because I cannot function as I normally do, and I am afraid it will keep me back from completing thing I need to do in the next few days.
- Taking my permit test at the DMV, I just get so nervous and I always think positive, but something comes about it and I can’t seem to pass.
- In general i feel like I’m lost and i don’t know who i am anymore or what I’m good at and it is making the ability to jump into new challenges difficult.
- Staying unemployed and waiting for companies to call/call back. The waiting game is just too frustrating. I can’t afford to wait, due to financial reasons.
- I had to finish a five page paper for English that had little to no explanation on what we were supposed to write.
- Trying to persuade someone that they needed to be patient and wait for a process to deliver the answer. This was frustrating because that person’s intial reaction defied logic and caused “solution mode” mentality within the team. Hard to recover from and required many hours debate to recover to process.
- Being at various places and having to do chores. My frustration was that I was tired and not feeling well, therefore didn’t want to do them
- The most frustrating thing for me is to get to be in the same room with a person whom i don’t like for too long with only the two of us there.i don’t lime the long silence that follows.i would do whatever it takes to avoid it.
- Talking about performance issues with employees. This was frustrating because some employees don’t understand or appreciate that others perceive the world and their behaviors differently than they do.
- The most fustrating thing was when my sister hit me with a baseball bat. This was so fustrating because i had to go to the hospital because i had a broken rib.
- Try help my brother but i can not because nothing in my hand . i want to help him but i can not because of that it is frustrating.
- Trying to take a sketch from black and white to colour and digital…. something im only just getting used to. was worth it in the end :)

- Trying to explain to my mom, who is overseas at the moment, to be a stronger person. She lets her emotions get the best of her and does not always think logically as to what is the best solution or manner when dealing with a dilemma.
- The most frustrating is to do things that to me do not make any sense and do not contribute to the peace of the whole society.
- Trying to get the guy i was dating to talk to me again after he rejected me to get back with his ex. :(
- Organize my garage because I had to sort through many years of stuff and decide what stays and what should go.
- Write a report. I always try to make them perfect, I usually feel that my reports are not as good as they should be.
- I had to write a paper to finalize an internship. One of the things it asked was how it helped my personal growth. Unfortunately, it really didn’t help much, but I felt I had to find something in order to make it a good paper.
- The most frustrating thing I had to do in the past few days in to find out what I want to do in my next role.
- Dealing with being laid off suddenly after returning from vacation. The fact that I have not real answer to why I was terminated is very unsettling.
- I had to type something in this box when all i wanted to do was take the test. It’s very inconvenient.
- Saying “I’m sorry” when I am not sorry for what I did, though I am sorry for how the situation turned out. I think others have more to be sorry for than me, because they are more at fault.
- At our orchestra practice I didn’t have a solo or anything which I am not used to at all so I felt quite bad about that.
- Dealing with my mother and her iphone problems. This is frustrating because I am not fully educated on phones and she continues to push buttons/change settings and I have no idea where to start
- I am apprehensive regarding my selection in the army and am getting jitters. and the most frustrating situation had been waiting for 2 hours at the bill payment queue.
- I had to drive clear to Hutch just to see an ENT. The fact that a person has to travel for almost 2 hours for basic medical services kind of gets my goat.
- Getting a person to tell the truth about an issue that I already knew the truth about. The frustration was tied to trying to find a path forward while the person was still stuck in the past dead end.

- Deciding whether to help the team or quit and train on my own, knowing some of the girls are giving games away or not going to practice for their own benefit and it’s just going to get worse . But I don’t quit . So it’s a dilemma

- I have to have my new dance step perfectly and I couldnt master it so I wouldnt be in the front of the dance.
- I wanted to go running but I think I’ve strained my hamstring so I haven’t been able to go. Running is an outlet.
- Persuade my team to change their title from clinical analyist to application consultant. losing the word clinical is a huge deal
- I am a runner. And I have been training hard for 7 months now, and I am not seeing the results I was hoping for. I have not beat my personal record since October and I do not know what i am doing wrong.
