Your daily living experiences can help you in both your personal and career life because you can learn from them. If you pay attention you can apply your knowledge to many aspects of life. The positive experiences can teach you but you’ll probably learn most from your mistakes and other negative occurrances you encounter.
Learning from your life experiences is extremely important. Even a mistake can be made better if you learn from it. You can also use this to help others so they don’t have to deal with the same mistakes themselves.

- The most frustrating thing I’ve had to do was write a letter and it was frustrating because I had to write it in a different language and I felt like it was an unnecessary thing to do.
- 1. I hate Ironing the cloths and i have to do the same every day in morning or evening, for proper dress up. The process is very frustrating but end result is good as i get good dress to wear every day.
- The most frustrating thing that I had to do this past couple of days was to prepare for an upcoming test.
- Tried to get a prescription called into the pharmacy. Still isn’t done. This doctor is a colleague as well as physician, and so I can’t complain too much. But I still would like the prescription!
- Decide whether or not to appeal a lawsuit I’m involved in. It is frustrating because I would like it to be over, but feel that my only choice is to keep going with it.
- Face a mountain of emails. I get overwhelmed by the volume of emails to look through and end up ignoring them rather than tackling them.
- I got my wisdom teeth out. I had to figure out what I could eat that wouldn’t involve chewing. This was frustrating because I like to be free and not be limited to certain things.

- Give a speech. I have severe stage fright, and I had to go in front on an audience to give a speech.

- To text to somebody who didn’t get my texts the good way, it was making me anxious, i was affraid of what the other person will understand, i was feeling preoccupied by the way of saying things i wanted to say.
- The most fustrating i had to so was try to fill out an appilcation for employment on line and it given me an error message, it was fustrating because I try to completed and it would not go through.
- Be nice to someone who wasn’t nice to me. Even though I didn’t do anything wrong this person wasn’t nice to me and I have to be the bigger person when in reality he should
- It’s really difficult for me to study it must be quiet I must hear no sound for me to clearly understand what it is that I’m reading
- Hosting visitors, I was really tired as I Had been up the whole night. But I still cooked and shared a message
- I had to find out how I had a test that day and how I hadn’t studied. This was frustrating because I felt that I should’ve known about it.
- I am frustrating when I train and study too hard and I do not reach the results that I want to.
- Being seem as a person who is arrogant. This was not my way of approach or approve medical benefit of an employee.

- Trying to program a syringe pump using software and programming that I am unfamiliar with was frustrating because it left me feeling incompetent and unaccomplished.

- Try to explain to someone directions, and they were way too easily confused. So I had to break it down into smaller and smaller steps.
- Dealing with my dogs skin irritations was frustrating these past couple days not knowing what the problem is. He’s been biting and scratching til he bleeds. Took him to the vet and did research and now have more of a handle on it.
- Lower my expectations and face the fact that the possibility of random external factors can always disrupt your plans regardless of how well you plan ahead.
- Deal with a person on the phone who was supposed to be able to assist with queries about internet, phone lines etc. It was frustrating because they pretended to help but in fact were not able to assist at all.
- The most frustrating thing that i have done recently was making a power point for my group. I knew that they were counting on me to finish it so i stayed up late so that i could finish it and perfect it.
- Trying to define a relationship and it’s meaning, boundaries, etc was beyond frustrating because neither of us are willing to give in and put too much emotion into something we are unsure about.

- I was playing League of Legends and there’s this mode that is called “rank”. What you do is compete against other players to see who’s better. I got some really bad teammates and they really really pissed me off.
- I’ve been sick for a week and haven’t been able to leave my apartment much. It’s frustrating because I don’t like being limited
- I am retired because of medical issues from my last occupation as a Soldier in the United States Army. The one thing I am frusterated about is my injuries preventing me from operating at the level I would like to.
