There are a lot of company problems. One is people getting paid. I do feel like the boss can pay you more. They can work harder! They can be nicer to there partner. Show your partner more love.
I think if you have a bad boss you should find a new job. Because if you are not happy in your work place. You might not be happy at home.

Company Problems
- Build a company with a bunch of fools who has terrible work ethics.
- Work in a company that has poor leadership. The company is going downhill.
- Leading a company. It was my first position and I’ve never had any experience before. It was tough but through my mentors, i was able to adapt to the situation and slowly learning how to lead people.
- Defend to a company Director the need to continue to work issues perceived as a safety concern.
- Call the phone company to fix my phone. this was frustrating because i don’t like talking to people, on top of that you can hardly understand the people at the phone company.
- How can I get a company to notice me? I have great experience and have progressed fairly rapidly at my previous company. My wide range of experience and increasing levels of responsibility shows my hard work, dedication and most importantly results. Why aren’t more companies noticing me?
- Applying on inside company job; due to being displaced by reorganization. This is frustrating because the work (old job) did not go away, just less people to do it.
- The feeling that my company has amazing ideals and vision and only lack-luster follow through.

- I didn’t get promotion.I have stayed in this company for 4 years but never get salary adjustment.
- I broke my washer lid and asked the warranty company to fix the issue. I was frustrated that instead of taking my information the company chose to make two trips to my home instead of one efficient service call.

- I had to work as a receptionist in my previous company. I found this frustrating as people treated did not treat me with respect.

- Trying to get an MRI for my knees. The insurance company would not approve until I had tried physical therapy. The doctor would not recommend physical therapy until he had seen an MRI. So we went in circles for 6 weeks.
- That I work so hard to prove I am an asset to the company and they don’t recognize that and keep you on contract basis for 5 years, promising to make you permanent and it just does not happen.

- Sort through risks of cases. It is hard to decide, sometimes, whether the customer or your company are really at fault.

- The most frustrating thing I have had to deal with is dealing with my mortgage broker and credit company. It is frustrating because there is a large amount of time in between questions and answers and I am left with no information in between.

- I guess trying to get past the “Life question”, whatever it is. Same as trying to get a bill from a gas company’s new internet system, which supposedly works. So in general I guess some instances of an interaction with dead objects.

- Getting rejected from an interview which went very well. The guy which was selected was not even eligible with the company’s criteria.
