Big Five Personality Test
A kinder, more honest way to understand yourself — five dimensions, thirty questions, no labels.
The Big Five is the most widely studied personality model in psychology. It measures five traits that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others — Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Emotional Stability. Unlike tests that sort you into a type, it places you on a spectrum for each one. Most people are surprised by at least one of their scores.
You may have seen the Big Five referred to by the acronym OCEAN — Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. We score the fifth dimension as Emotional Stability instead, which is simply the positive framing of the same trait.
Go with your first instinct on each question. Answer based on how you actually are, not how you wish you were. There are no good or bad results — just honest ones. Most people finish in about 5 minutes.
